[EN] Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder that most commonly associated with pregnancy. About 1% of pregnant womenDM present before pregnancy and between 1-12% depending on the strategy 1Diagnostic employed, have DM during pregnancy.Gestational diabetes (GD) is an intolerance of carbohydrates ordecrease its tolerance, which appears or is diagnosed during pregnancyregardless of treatment, the degree of metabolic derangement and itspostpartum persistence.Approximately 10% of pregnant women are pregestational diabetes and90% gestational. Most of these patients are women predisposedgenetic metabolic diabetes or incapable of adequately compensate thediabetogenic effects of pregnancy. Some of the associated problems are:1. - INSULIN RESISTANCE, offset by an increased secretionpancreatic insulin. This resistance is related to the presence of lactogenplacenta (HPL) in the second half of pregnancy, along with other hormoneshyperglycemic as cortisol, prolactin, progesterone, and estriol, and othercontrainsulares hormones, which cause increased degradationrenal placental insulin. This creates a state of hyperglycemia andcompensatory hyperinsulinemia.Two. - LIPOLYSIS INCREASE; lipids become free fatty AIDOSglycerol. Fatty acids do not cross the placenta, but they do glycerol andketone bodies.Three. - ALTERATIONS gluconeogenesis, there is activation of theAminoGenesis intrahepatic gluconeogenesis and renal, which can lead tostates of frank hypoglycemia, it decreases blood glucose and amino acidsplasma.
[EN] The labour, in constant transformation, stands as the great challenge driver of economic growth. Our society needs to encourage and revitalize models such growth, job creation and business innovation. Thus the charge entrepreneurship an important role as a possible alternative for achieving these objectives. The project has been approached from many perspectives, all different and complementary. In this paper, I will review the literature written about the entrepreneur, focusing on trying to define the so-called entrepreneurial personality, identifying those personality traits that characterize and differentiate. After describing and analyzing personality variables, we will consider the main cultural factors that influence entrepreneurship, To do this, we will introduce the meanings of culture and entrepreneurship, as well as its importance in economic development, and then analyze the cultural values that influence intend to undertake. The basic objective of this research will try to identify what has more weight on entrepreneurial intention personality traits, or cultural values acquired by the entrepreneur socially. For our analysis, we will have a sample of entrepreneurs, active entrepreneurs opened their own business, ie, we start the analysis of entrepreneurial behavior and executed. We will compare these entrepreneurs, subdividing based on the geographical area where they opened their business in order to try to identify if what remains, to this day, his entrepreneurial intention is to hold certain personality traits or demographic type variables (sex, age, educational level) and cultural (geographical area and values). [EN] This doctoral thesis aims to analyze, in a compared way the appearance, development and changes caused in the heart of the Mapuche movement of Chile and Argentina. Pretending from this, describe and analyze the factors that affect in order to produce differences in the way in which Mapuche Movement appears in Chile and Argentina after the transition.
[EN] This doctoral thesis deals with the ontological problem of the coming-of Martin Heidegger's philosophical project, and to analyze and make explicit the progression of the problematic of time that is in the early work of the thinker of the Black Forest; to recognize his manifestations in the primordial phase of his thought and how it is taking its final shape until Being and Time. We see how this pointed phenomenon allows to reconsider the question of being, which Heidegger primarily wants to rescue the metaphysics of the powerful influence of tradition and lead it back to its original element and authentic: the question of Being.
[EN] This thesis has been focused on the evolution over ten years of initial treatment (for prehospital advanced life support-ALS-), the patient with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and / or spinal cord injury (SCI). Based on all the issues and comments that are developed in the introduction and discussion sections, objectives and focus of this Thesis work is performed a retrospective, longitudinal and descriptive Initial Assistance on prehospital patients with TBI or by SCI pre-hospital emergency services, Spanish Red Cross, provincial headquarters of Salamanca, for a period of ten years, from the 1 January 2000 and December 31, 2009.
[EN] This thesis is concerned with aid agencies to the Spanish Republicans in Mexico after the Civil War. Is structured around five main chapters each of which addresses each of the aid organizations studied. It follows a chronological order and the first chapter is devoted to SERE (Department of Spanish Refugee Evacuation) and its Mexican subsidiary the CTARE (Technical Committee to Aid Spanish Refugees). In the second focuses on the origin and activities of the JARE (Support Board of Spanish Refugee) of Indalecio Prieto. The third begins with the interventon of the JARE by government authorities of Ávila Camacho and analyzes the performance of the CAFARE (Administrative Committee of the Fund of Support of the Spanish Refugees). In the fourth chapter explains the born of the Republican Government in the exile and examine their solidarity work in both Mexico and France and finally a chapter on the activities of a Mexican support organization of huge interest, FOARE (Federation Organizations to Assist the Spanish Republic). It concludes with a brief summary section in introducing the principles of comparative action of all these organizations and, finally, the conclusions followed by the relationship of both sources, archives and the literature consulted handled that puts an end to work.
